Eastpoint Medical Properties™ roots are in healthcare delivery. Over 15 years ago, a dynamic team of physicians and real estate professionals started the former parent company of Eastpoint Medical Properties™ as the real estate arm for a privately held, large regional independent physician practice group. As the legacy business grew and expanded into other classes of healthcare real estate, Eastpoint Medical Properties operated the medical office platform within the larger healthcare real estate company. Ever since then, we have been instrumental in creating well-located, cost-effective, highly functional facilities to treat patients.
In 2024, Eastpoint Medical Properties™ separated from the legacy platform, and has continued to excel with its provider-centric services to health systems, hospitals and medical groups across the country. Our dedication and commitment have seen us sponsor successful projects nationally and establish offices in key cities including Dallas and Atlanta.
